My husband really needs to be able to post as it has been days and still he is not authorized to his own account i have tried to set up for him. I am not getting any responses from anyone

This is a good resource but there are others. I would love to hear from your husband. Don't give up on Pink Cross though. I'm sure that they will handle your concern appropriately.
