Please Pray
Hey guys,
I'm not one do this but I have to ask for your support in prayer. It's not really in my beliefs to have others pray for me because I have always felt anything you face in life no matter how hard or difficult it may be that God has already given you the strength to overcome whatever it may be. But I am scared. Not to change this up here but I am having some serious health isuses. I have been to the ER 3 times within the past month and for 2 months been battleing something that no one can see at this point. I am constintly nauseas every day and some times can't eat. I have also lost 20- 30 pounds as a result and can't even work my job on a consistant basis. Right now it seems like somehing is either wrong with my pancreas or gallbladder from what I can gather. I have had everything done to me except for a CT scan and they keep saying they can't find anyhing. So if you could pray that this thing can been found out so I can get better I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.

I am keeping you in my pray and I wish you the best of luck in your physical as well as your inner recovery. Hopefully the doctor will be able to help you soon.

Just wanted to update everyone.
I am doing better. I do NOT have lupus or celiacs. I seem to be battling what seems like IBS now though. Ive been told that it takes about a year to maybe 2 years for my body to get used to not having a gallbladder. I think I'm tying up loose ends though finally. Thanks again for all the support!
Hi Trey,
I'm so glad to hear you're doing better. I'm sorry that you've got IBS, though. You've been in my prayers. :)
Your friend,
Gina
p.s. Sorry I haven't been in contact with you lately. One of my sisters was diagnosed with breast cancer (again) in August and I haven't felt like myself -- very sad. Please everyone who reads this post, pray for my sister. Her surgery is on Friday, 9/17/10. She's going in for a double mastectomy. :'(
How did the surgery go, Gina? How is your sister doing?

Thanks for asking. Yes, her surgery went well. My sister's in a lot of discomfort but in very little pain, so that is an answer to prayer. There was no cancer in her lymph nodes and that is another major answer to prayer. Thanks to everyone who prayed!
That's good news! I'm glad to hear that!
Thanks, Trey!
You are very frightened and that is understandable under your circumstances, linkinforcer. Thank you for opening up and please know that many of us will GLADly be praying for you!
Thank you for the request. We need to pray for each other as much as those need the prayer. It is good to pray for each other. Else, how would I ever know that God was listening? I personally would not know.
I am very sorry that you are frightened. I am well acquainted with fears. I know the paralyzing effects of it.
Psalm 46:10: "Be still, and know that I am God
Do you remember when the disciples were in the boat and the waves were tossing them violently to and fro?
Do you recall that they found Jesus sleeping?
Mathew 8:
23And when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
24And, behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves: but he was asleep.
25And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.
26And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
(Not just a calm, linkinforcer, but a GREAT calm.)
27 But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!
And not only the wind and the seas obey Him, but every cell in your body! Don't you feel like you're being tossed to and fro with fear?
Matthew 14:27
But instantly He spoke to them, saying, Take courage! I AM! Stop being afraid!
I will ask the Heavenly Father to come and REBUKE the fear and doubt and whatever has caused your body to react the way it is reacting. (It is encouraging to me to hear that no one has found anything. This is the Lord using this situation to draw you closer to Him so He can show you His power and LOVE and compassion.)
The others here and I will ask BELIEVING, because we know that it is God's will [this is God's will -- it is not a weak wish! But the very will of God!] that ALL men be saved [salvation means complete "health" or "wholeness"] and come to a knowledge of the truth! We will believe it.
God bless you and keep you in this trying, tumultuous time of your life, and may the Rock of your salvation be exalted!

Hey all my surgery went well that's for the prayers
Hey! That's wonderful news! God is so good. Thanks for the feedback. I'll continue to pray for you.
Gina
That's kind of sad. I post for prayer and the only one to respond and send me me Private Messages is now gone.
I have not forgotten you, Trey. I have been checking the boards continuously. I have been praying for you, you can count on it. Please check your private messages and tell me how you're doing.
Your friend,

That's Awesome!
Well they took my gallbladder out and I thought I was getting better but then my symptoms came back so now they think I have either Lupus or Celiacs Disease.
That is most certainly discouraging to get surgery only to find out it didn't work and the symptoms are back! Ugh. I'm sorry to hear that. God certainly knows what is wrong with your body, so we can pray that He will reveal this truth somehow. And bring health and healing to your body.
Be healed and made whole!
"Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are Mine!...I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior;...You are precious and honored in my eyes, and I love you...do not be afraid, for I am with you." (Is.43:4-5)
Oh, boy, they took your gallbladder out. Sheesh. Well, that's alright; you can live without that and, if it's celiacs, you can definitely live without wheat and gluten products. I've done a celiacs diet myself. It's a LOT easier than it appears. It just takes some getting use too. (Italians suffer from celiac disease.) You'll be amazed at how much better you feel, assuming it's celiacs. Oh, I'm so happy to get your reply, Trey!! (I'm sorry it's under these circumstances, but I am happy.)
Gina
I did pray, just didn't have time to post. Sorry for letting you down :(
We DO care about you!!!!
