The mention above of a 'home town girl' made me think of a couple women from my area, Aspen Reign and Devin Michaels.  Both are "feature performers" and pornstars, and Ms Michaels owns a club in Peoria, IL.  I've never seen either of them perform, but they're quite the rage around here.  Aspen Reign also does some modeling and promostion work for a local radio station.  Please pray over and for them and remember them in your prayers, whatever your practice is.
