I am a young man of age 32. I have written a lot of posts last year and the forum helped VERY much. Hold on you all.
I have been addicted to porn since I was 15. BUT, Alleluia, since last year august 2007, I have not been to any porn site in the internet!!!!! Amazing Lord.

The problem now is that I have an inflammation of my prostate for already many years. So far it couldn't be cured. It's called "chronic prostatitis". The point is my urologue is advising me to get ejaculations on a regular basis, i.e. 3 times a week, to get "the flow kind of moving". I have already asked others and they adivsed the same thing.
As part of my recovery the Lord showed me, that I should also let go of my addiction in my head and not call by memories; as part of that also stop masturbating. Amazingly enough even that has come to an awesome level. I reduced it to 1-2 times per month (as a single man) for 6 months already.

So you can see my struggle: how to get to do what my doctor says and at the same time keep on undoing the thought pattern in my head - as masturbation is involved.
So if someone has had this issue, feel free to write some words.
