I haven't share the Word of God in this forum for quite a while...
and I just want to say AS JESUS LOVES ME, I love you. I wish I can give a hug right now to someone, but I'll give you a web-hug :) :)

Here is the Word of God that hopefully will help you not in fighting
porn but in SUBSTITUTING your mind so that you can forget about porn.
Ephesians 3:16
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may STRENGTHEN you with POWER through HIS SPIRIT in your INNER BEING.....
BTW, Remember:
Don't fight your sin, Don't fight porn, it's useless effort.
The Word of God has said that you cannot fight porn and you cannot
fight sin. The more you fight it, the more it will suck you in.
The Word says "BY MY SPIRIT SAYS THE LORD".
The more you try to fight porn, the more it will prolong the
healing process. The best is not to fight porn, rather to
concentrate on what God has commanded us that is to meditate on
the Word of God (that is relevant for us NOW). Then as we
concentrate on God and His Word, we'll forget about porn because
the Word of God is the one the will do AUTOMATIC STEERING in
cleaning up the porn for us.
Thus, the Kingdom of God principle is CONCENTRATE ON GOD so
that GOD can concentrate on our problem.
The Word of God has declared:
FOR SIN SHALL NOT BE OUR MASTER.
What if our present condition seems to contradict with the above
scripture.... the answer is DON'T THINK TOO MUCH. DON'T EVEN
WORRY ABOUT IT.
This is what is IMPORTANT:
Keep planting the seed, the Word of God, into our brain.
When we plant the seed, we'll never know when the seed will
grow into fruit. Knowing WHEN is none of our business. This is
the business of God. When we try to "help" God in His business
is when our life will fall apart.
Thus, keep planting the seed, the Word of God, by memorizing it and soaking it in into our mind, our brain. Finish doing this.....
relax... and let God handles the rest.

Do not let this book of the law depart from your mouth. Meditate on it day and night so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then, you will be prosperous and successful.

I just want to remind everybody that despite all of our effort
to avoid lust, cut down the internet porn, joining this forum
etc etc etc... the Word of God needs to be number one in our
life.
Any other efforts without the Word of God being injected into
our brain daily will be useless. We might obtain temporary
victory, but it will show up again. This is what is so called
the law of sin and death that Paul discussed in Romans 6-8.
Our only deliverance will be assured when we put Joshua 1:8
into our life because this will lead us into the path of God
such that one day our eyes will be opened that indeed ...Lord,
it's not by might nor power, but by my Spirit says the Lord.
When the Lord is our key strategist discharged by revelation
through His word that we consume daily, our battle against
sin will be much easier. If we use our own strategy, then
our battle against sin will be tenfold harder.
Let the Lord be our key strategist so that we can enjoy
the fulfillment of His word that says "My yoke is easy".
Therefore my brother and sister in Christ, I would promote
to all of us today... the seed, the Word of God that can set
our mind in motion to destroy automatically the mind of lust :)
Try the Word of God. Try it one step at at time.
The Word of God says
"Do not be overrigtheous, neither be overwise -
why destroy yourself?"
