horrible situation brought on by porn

hello, i'm new to this forum, literally just signed up.
I don't even know where to begin. I feel like I'm spiralling downwards, totally trapped.
The weird thing is, I look at porn infrequently compared to some addicts, maybe twice in a week at most. But every time, just before I do look at it, I just blank out. I don't feel like I want to look at it, it just seems to happen. Its a sick, unwanted compulsion :(
I feel worse because I'm a catholic and I realise its wrong, but I feel totally stuck atm.

you'll be delivered. Believe me. Pray until the temptation is gone. And if you fall down rise up again and again ! As a catholic you can say the rosary.

You need to understand that there's evil spiritual forces that surrounds porn. Satan want's you hooked. He hates you and want's to kill and destroy you. Thats why sexual impurity is the biggest problem in society. Satan starts attacing us when we're young and innocent. The internet has become his biggest playground. The minut you open up they attack your mind and build strongholds.
Think about it,when was first time you ever saw something erotic? And how did it make you feel? It allways stars with something "innocent" like a Playboymagasin,or some nudity like that. From there it's downhill, only problem is you don't know that until you're hooked several year's later.
You should know that people who are addicted to porn are no stranger to alchohol and drugs. There's a connetion between them.
Addictions become painful after a while. Not hard figure out, is it? HE WANT'S YOU HOOKED, IN EVERY WICH WAY HE CAN.
