I been addicted since 3 years ago nd like they say denial is hard but i know i am. I know its bad but somehow i cant stop nd after i am done i get a bad feeling,wen its all done i pray nd ask for forgiveness cause i feel that something overpowers me to do it, am christian so please if you can help me, (editted by moderator). Hey Grampa5000,

First of all I deleted your contact info out of your post. We do not think it is safe for anybody to openly post their info here because there is no way to know who is looking.

There are many links on this site to testimonies, outside sources, and other things that can help people break free from porn. Also in the forums there are posts that can be helpful. I just posted one in the Generla Discussion forum on Temptation. As always this is a safe place for you to come to get things off your chest. I know from experience that sometimes when you are facing temptation head on that getting it out n the open and expressing your thoughts in writing are very helpful.
