Need help to stop looking at porn

Hello everyone I'm new here and I came here for help. I don't think I am addicted to it I can go for a month without watching it but I want to stop completely but I am afraid that I am going to relapse. After doing research about the truth behind porn what I found saddened and disgust me. I want to stop now.

Praise God that you want to stop viewing porn.
Do you have any filtering software installed on your computer? Don't let worry stop you from moving forward with this. It sounds like you have already determined in your heart to stop viewing pornography. Pray to God, and tell Him that you are making this vow, then ask Him for strength to abstain completely from it. Saturate yourself in God's Word and fully commit yourself to abstaining from porn.
Learn to recognize your triggers (what brings you to the point where you want to view porn, when you are most vulnerable, etc.) and try to distract yourself when the temptation arises. One of the best things we can do when the temptations arise is to stop and pray. Pray for God's strength and help. Let the Holy Spirit lead you and guide you.
If you do happen to succumb to the temptation, try your best not to get discouraged. Just ask the Lord's forgiveness and move forward. Most of all, remember, if the temptation arises, you do not HAVE to give into it. You CAN overcome.
