You carry His image in gold around your neck as a token of your wealth but not your gratitude.Your face was the first he saw in the audience of His execution. How can you honestly believe your treasure pleases Him?As if money is a sign of a successful God. Your crucifix means Nothing to me. Your crucifix embarrasses me. Melt it down and give it away. Your crucifix holds no meaning! How can you stand there and use Him as a sex symbol, and not fear for your soul? Can you even imagine the pain? You have no concept. You couldn't possibly appreciate the suffering!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings. I would like to discuss this with you, but I am hoping that you may be able to sort of expand upon this. I'm not quite sure what the central point of this post is. Are you talking about materialism? And who are you saying that we treat as a sex symbol?
Either way, I appreciate you sharing what's on your heart like this. I can tell that it came from a place of very intense soul-searching.
