The danger of watching porn

The experience of sexual arousal can be adrenalized and intense when viewing pornography, and like any 'high' your body will crave another hit. The result is a pattern of addiction and escalation. Soft-core pictures of women in lingerie will soon become boring and you will seek full nudity, and as that loses novelty you will look for something more enticing.
Studies of this escalation reports that it proceeds according to four steps :
1. Addiction: You keep coming back to porn. It becomes a regular part of your life. You're hooked and can't quit.
2. Escalation: You start to look for more graphic pornography. You start using porn that disgusted you earlier, but is now enticing you.
3. Desensitization: You begin feeling numb towards the images you see. Even the most graphic porn is no longer arousing. You become desperate to feel the same thrill again, but you can't find it.
4. Acting out sexually: This is the point that you make a critical jump and start acting out the images you have seen and rehearsed in your mind.

hi im a new user from europe and yes there is always a danger of escalation for me actually i notice i have the same escalation for all my adictions like ,porn and paying sex someday escalation goes so hi that i spend hours making all of these things starter was maybe a friend talking about sex or porn or visiting any internet site
they are days i can only watch some pictures of nice girls even only the face or some nude like this for maybe 10 minutes notching really bad in my opinion,but other days i get totally out of control .
i have the same problem with videos or movies can be longer than a week if im lucky without looking any movie but when i watch one normally end up watching more and i start two have a strong desire of having also real sex i get after totally impulsive behavior that leads me into taking all my money buy alcohol and end up sleeping with several prostitutes for me porn is a serious problem but even more serious it,s what makes me porn two make later how it changes me .
