Gentlemen: I am writing to you in hopes that you can take some works upon you that will help to bring decency back to the United States of America. The divorce rate in this country is out of control, people are unhappy. While the economy isn't good, I propose bringing back morals and LOVE to the United States would be a great start!

I believe that pornographic materials, films, magazines and etc (especially the internet) are undermining and ruining the American dream. It destroys marriages and especially devalues women (both the ones in the film, and the women destroyed by their husbands watching the film)

I have been a citizen of the US for 38 years (born and raised) I am a voter, I am reasonably conservative but will admit to voting for Mr. Obama.

As a United States Citizen, I am guaranteed the right to live, liberty and the persuit of happiness.

Pornographers will argue first amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

However, I dispute that as it also goes against Public Decency laws:
Indecent exposure is the deliberate exposure by a person of a portion or portions of his or her own body under circumstances where such an exposure is likely to be seen as contrary to the local commonly accepted standards of decency [1], and may in fact be a violation of law. In some countries a breach of the standards of modesty is considered to be public indecency.

There are NO filters to the following sites: &&&&.com &&&&.com &&&&.com and too many others to name....

"Edited by Moderator" is a particular purveyor of pornography that I would like to charge a citizens arrest on for public indecency and providing minor with porn. Do a search for porn and his name and you will find a multitude of easy one click porn that would make the strongest faint it's so indecent.

I have become a part of a community called ThePinkCross.org. it was started by an "ex-porn star"/CHRISTIAN named Shelley Lubben and her husband Garret. They are a non-profit. I am asking that funding be given to organizations such as this as they are pulling people out of the industry, saving lives and providing assistance best as they can.

I would also ask, with the thousands of people in the sex-industry: porn, strippers, prostitutes, escorts et all that there be a public source of rehabilitation, including especially job skills. People will scorn them when they come out, so they will need to show that they can be productive members of society and not a threat to children or etc.

My other problem is that the porn industry breaks the law CONTINUALLY by mis-representing these people. There is an actress that recently left the industry for good and was baptized, a new born again Christian. Though her personal website is no longer in existance, she is one click away on those engines/sites I spoke of earlier, this cannot be legal! There has to be some sort of ownership rights she would have to her "own image".

I thank you for reading my letter in advance, and while I would like to ask you to ban pornography and declare it all indecent, I know that would bring about a HUGE battle, this will come later.

For now I would ask that ALL adult related websites have a REAL age verification, not a "click if you're 18" as I have a 6 year old that can click a button! Why not ask for a drivers liscence, why not have people fax in their ID ??? if they want to watch this stuff that badly, they will, and the innocent are protected.

At age 14 my husband accessed the sites "Edited by Moderator." I would like a citizens arrest on the owners of those two cites for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, if need be, I will/my husband will appear in court. They never checked ID and my husband as a child was given porn that was linked from a regular website!

I thank you again for your time, please let's restore pride, morals and love (and CHRISTIAN FAITH, what this country was based on!) to our country...
