Yeah, I saw an interview where she talked about her first time stripping--at the ripe age of 17-- and that she was scared to death and kept her eyes closed the whole time til the end she finally opened them and looked at the men and saw they were mesmerized by her or something like that, and she said she realized the power she had. But I want to read her book and get a better understanding of her whole story and her perspective on things on the things that happened in her life.
I dream about witnessing to her, smile. I just need to be praying for her, among others that are on my heart...ughh...I dunno why I can't do better at it (praying). I'll just keep praying whenever I do have the time and opportunity and know if I will be faithful with little, then God will help me to do better with more...

I haven't seen it, but I have seen clips of her biography. I agree, she seems very sweet...like so many of the other women trapped in the porn industry....but there is also a hardness to her which obviously comes from being used, abused, and hurt.

The thing is, a lot of the girls in the porn industry ARE very sweet girls, but years of being victimized and abused leads them into the industry, and it's very sad.
I remember watching an interview with Jenna where she talked about pornography as a way to "empower" her sexually. It makes sense...obviously, when a woman is repeatedly raped, it can make her feel very powerless.

My heart really goes out to her, and I pray that she allows the Lord to reach out to her in love, and eventually comes to Him.

Yeah, that is why I was not going to try to read it until I finished with homeschooling my kids. I'll get her book when I know things aren't so hectic...I don't multi-task very well...my brain just won't let me! :)
Oh, how I wish I could just get better at praying and become a prayer warrior/intercessory prayer--I have such a heart for her, Hugh Hefner and his "girls", and desiring to see more men become godly, righteous men, not led by their flesh with porn and prostitution and promiscuous lifestyles, etc. The world and satan have fed such lies about what it means to be a man, which actually is destroying them, rather than making them real men...anyway...
Her story is just heartbreaking to me...that she was brutally gang-raped in high school, then shortly thereafter raped again by her boyfriend's uncle, then encouraged by her boyfriend to try stripping--at 17 years of age-- as a minor! Geez! I want to understand her story better and how she she explains/deals with those tragic circumstances in her life.

There is so much I want to understand about everything... especially from men's perspectives...their view of porn/prostitution, sex, rape...all those things that men and women stereotypically have such different perspectives on. And pray for the Lord to open their eyes to see and understand the truth and change their hearts--remove their hearts of stone and give them hearts of flesh. I could go on...but enough for now. I need to stop staying up so late all the time. It is hard for me to stop. I like night time better than morning. It's my time--no demands placed on me.

Yeah I like her too and Im allured by her looks for all the wrong reasons! You have to give it to her and admire her she is the good and what she does or did cos she quit nowl! I never read her book though I was gonna buy it but couldnt be bothered cos when I saw it it was a massive book too many pages for me to read !

No, I would like to. I think I'll try to get it at my local library this summer and read it. I have read excerpts of it from various places online. And seen her interviews, and her Wikipedia story about her life. So whenever I do see anything about her, I read or watch it. She is a beautiful woman and seems so sweet...which is why I have such a heart for her...as well as others that the Lord is trying to show me things from His perspective, rather than the judgmental, hypocritical attitude that too many people who call themselves christians. Which is why I like this website and forum so much. No judgmental hypocrisy here!
