 Dear Members,

On Wednesday, June 11, 2011, Reporter James King wrote for the Phoenix New Times about the pornographer Eric Whittaker and his reality porn website, "Backroom Casting Couch."  He pretends to be a talent scout for adult video studios, yet is not one at all.  Instead, he merely pays women to have sex with him on video but does nothing at all to further their careers.  Women get paid, Whittaker gets laid, end of story, right?

Whittaker promises these women that they will only get exposed to paying customers, yet has their humiliating, degrading scenes posted on every free porn site known to man on the Web.  Somehow, he still pays these women an average of $2000 per video just to come to his office for sex.
Money is not their only compensation.  Eric Whittaker also gives them a free, parting "love gift" of the genital herpes he has, and knowingly infecting another person with an STD is a FEDERAL OFFENSE, is it not?
If this is the only reason to quit pornography and help get sex workers into different careers and give men and women the jobs and self-respect they need to stay out of the sex industry, all religious views aside, it is because of the blatant lies and horrible diseases spread by sex industry members and pornographers daily.
Please read Mr. King's article at http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/valleyfever/2011/06/backroom_casting_couchs_anonym.php and begin to spread the truth about pornographers and the sex industry in general.  Thank you.
