Dear one, I m the Lord your God, and I change not.
I am just as trustworthy and just as faithful when you are in a desert season as I am when you feel very close to Me.
I do not withdraw My favor or My protection from you on those days (and weeks) where you do not feel very spiritual.
I do not move away from you on those days when you do
not feel My nearness, and I will never abandon you.

You were not saved based on what you did, but because of Who you
believed in and based on what He did for you. Likewise, you were not adopted into My family based on your behavior, and you are not disowned on the days when you behave poorly. I am your Father God on all days...on the ones where you feel close to Me, on the ones where you are hungry for Me and press in for more, and even on the ones where you feel like you are in a spiritual coma.
That is right, I am not just your Father on your spiritual days, I am your Father always. Once you have been adopted
into My family, you are Mine and nothing can separate you from Me.

That means I have assumed responsibility for you and I will indeed watch over you.b I will be your Father God on your bad days as well as on your good ones, and you can trust Me in all things. I am faithful even when you are not. I am strong even when you are weak. I am good always, and I always remain your loving Father.

I will not condone misbehavior, but when you fall, I am right there beside you to pick you up, dust your off, and set your feet back upon the right course. I will not throw you away for mistakes. Yes, dear one,
when you resist Me, I will indeed chastise you, but that is because I love you. I am your Father and that is why I want to correct the things that lead you astray. But even when I have to spank you to get you to turn back to My ways, I will not condemn you and I will not throw you away. I am a good Father always, and I will not stop loving you on those days when you are not a good child.

You remain Mine and I love you. So, dear one, don't just trust Me when you are doing well spiritually. I am your God in all things, so trust Me in all things, and you will find that I will always take very good care of you. You can trust Me always.
