I just saw the vid from Shelley on myspace about the young woman who is in recovery from the porn industry. God bless her, hope she gets all the help she needs. I thougt the vid was well done and informative, however I think all points could be made w/out the still shots from her porn scenes. I had to exit the vid or I knew it would begin to stir up lust. I'm not proposing sugar coating the message or making everything G-Rated, but some of those scenes depictied in that vid are enough to cause some to stumble, more than enough!

I saw the same vid too. I had too pray to God a couple of times , but mostly thanking him for delivering her from the bondage of sin. Satan will use anything to tempt us. We must stay strong in the Lord.

There are some things that some of us just should not be looking at or be involved with. I remember Shelley cautioning a man here a while back about wanting to reach out to porn stars. We really have to check our motives and where we are in recovery, the devil can use our best intentions to lead us into sin!
